Nürtingen 2013-03-19
While ascending into the clouds on the way to Budapest I can catch a view of Nürtingen which lies 12 km to the east of my hometown.
In the center is the city of Nürtingen. The hills of the Schwäbische Alb are partly covered in clouds. On top of Jusi mountain as well on the plateau behind there is still some snow.

around the airport (EDDS) 2012-02-16
In the afternoon I went to the airport to test a new lens. The pictures of the planes can be found here. The landscape around the airport consists of villages with fields in between and is called filder plain. The first picture is a view in the direction of Neuhausen auf den Fildern:
